After utilizing my University's intern chiropractic clinic where the latest treatment methods were practiced, it was with hesitation that I began looking for a private practice after graduation. Fortunately, Dr. Navratil is well versed in various corrective practices. I found that Dr. Navratil is up-to-date with the most beneficial methods of recovery and he has experience implementing these methods. One of the best aspects of this clinic is that each treatment is unique to my needs. Though I mostly suffer from tense trapezius from sports-related activities, the doctor always performs a thorough check. Dr. Navratil always makes me feel comfortable before he performs any adjustments. He also explains the process in simple terms that I can easily grasp. When I visit this clinic, I feel assured that I will continue my road to recovery.‎

Orgasmic Migraine‎

Yes believe it or not, there is a condition known as orgasmic migraine and it is brought about with orgasms or intense exercise. I was actually shocked such a condition existed when I was given this diagnosis by my doctor. The only solution she could offer is pharmaceuticals. Being somewhat of a holistic person, I wanted to see if there might not be another solution. A friend of mine recommended Dr. Navratil and although he was not close to me geographically, I felt that going to someone based on a personal referral was better than going to an unknown doctor from a list of names. As with any occupation (mechanics, hairstylists, cleaning lady, etc.) you don't want to reinvent the wheel and go through the whole trial and error route, you'd rather go to someone that a friend has had a positive experience with and trusts. I was very pleased with my treatment. After 5 sessions, I no longer suffer from my orgasmic migraine. I couldn't tell you one way or another why it works, I can only tell you that it works. It was admittedly a very awkward topic to discuss but Dr. Navratil was very professional and compassionate and this made opening up easier. Hopefully no one will have to go through what I had but if you do, be glad to know that there's a sympathetic and knowledgeable chiropractor who may be able to solve your condition without drugs.

After falling flat on my back on some wooden steps, my lower back and neck were aching and sore. Dr. Navratil quickly and thoroughly assessed what areas of my spine had been affected. He was patient and thoughtful in answering my questions and making recommendations for how I should care for my back after our appointments. Treatment was gentle...but most importantly, it worked! I would highly recommend Dr. Navratil.‎

Relief from Degenerative Disk Disorder‎

I was diagnosed with Degenerative Disk Disorder and the only thing that seemed to help was Dr. Navratil. UCLA doctor's insisted that I try shots that may or may not help. I decided to go the Chiropractic route and boy was I glad I did. I was in a lot of low back pain and nothing seemed to help and it was effecting how I would walk due to the pain. I ended up seeing Dr. Navratil and for the most part I am pain free and not dealing with a lot of stiffness and I continue to do well. I was also in an auto accident and had a lot of seat belt pain and upper back pain. I would not go and see any other Chiropractor. Dr. Navratil is easy to talk to and can give you wonderful advice and will not steer you the wrong way. A very good doctor and I recommend him to my friends and family that look for and are asking if I know a good Chiropractor.‎

Dr. Navratil has been treating me for a while. I used to suffer from constant lower back pain & every once in a while a back injury due to scoliosis. I see Dr. Navratil once a month for an adjustment and maintenance. I feel so much better as a result of once a month adjustments to my back. I also find him to be thoughtful & courteous. I highly recommend him to anyone who has a back problem that is treatable thru chiropractic care.

Had side impact accident, went to Dr. Navratil for initial checkup after some noticeable lower back pain. Ended up returning for therapy after an excellent initial impression on my consultation. 6 months of therapy and guidance (exercise suggestions and back care education). the in office treatments left me feeling no pain and his easy nature made me feel at ease (I normally do not trust Doctors). Been over a year since my last treatment, and have not had nay problems since I finished my therapy term. will definitely go back fro a check up. Dr. Navratil knows his stuff, is laid back, and understanding. Charismatic and willing to work around my hectic schedule was a plus. Ausgezeichnet!!‎

Relief from migraines :)‎

I have been plagued with migraines for many years and have dealt with subsequent pain and stiffness in my neck and shoulders as a result. A friend recommended Dr. Navratil as she had a similar issue and had great results. Never was I so happy to have a recommendation - after my first visit (in the midst of a brutal migraine), I felt much improved and the pain was diminished considerably. Subsequent visits not only assisted with my head pain, but also alleviated much of the tightness and pain in my neck and shoulders. I also experienced increased freedom of movement in both areas. I highly recommend Dr. Navratil, as he is very thorough and gentle, as well as personable and caring with his patients!‎

I have gone to plenty chiropractic offices and this one is by far the best. I live in the orange county area and will drive however far to see Dr. Frank Navratil. His gentle adjustments leave me sleeping great!‎

No more pain!‎

In addition to having seen Dr. Navratil for regular adjustments in previous years, I was a passenger in a car accident last year. We were rear-ended. I began suffering from chronic headaches/migraines. Dr. Navratil not only ended the pain with regular treatments for a few months, but I ended up in better shape than when I started seeing him again. This made it evident that not seeing him for regular adjustments, as I had in the past, was to my detriment. His adjustments are gentle and I have the utmost confidence in his abilities. I have recommended Dr. Navratil on numerous occasions throughout the years and will continue to do so.‎

Dr. Navratil was recommended to me by a fellow volleyball player, thanks Roxanne!! When I first went to see him I could barely turn my head to either side I had so much neck pain. After a comprehensive exam and thorough regular treatments I'm happy to say the pain has subsided and I have full range of motion.
